Who We Are
Tobacco Rose Farm Construction & Development Services, Inc. was established in 2005 by Shelia and Greg Baker. Specializing in erosion control within Central Kentucky, Greg became instrumental to the process of developing procedures for erosion control aligned with the Environmental Protection Agency’s mandates. Greg’s trusted knowledge was consulted to help form the Kentucky Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Program (EPSC).
From our humble beginnings, our scope of services has grown to allow us to provide assistance across Kentucky and surrounding states. We have also introduced several additional services, including commercial mowing and snow removal, seeding, and man-hole services, amongst many others.
